We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, on-site B2B Sales role located in Gdynia. The B2B Sales representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from Duratis’ product line. Responsibilities include lead generation, negotiating sales contracts, conducting market research, and providing training to clients to ensure effective product use. The role also involves setting and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Anforderungen

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Sales Management and Training experience to guide customer onboarding and contribute to team objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to work on-site, and the ability to adapt quickly to client feedback and market demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in B2B environments or with technology-based products is advantageous.
