Zebra TC58 Holster: DURA POUCH Size S by Duratis
If your team works with the Zebra TC58, the cellular version of Zebra’s TC53/TC58 enterprise mobile computer, this DURA POUCH Size S holster gives the device a dedicated, durable home on the belt. It is the carrying solution we recommend to couriers and pickers who reach for their mobile computer dozens of times per shift.
Will the Zebra TC58 fit?
The DURA POUCH Size S accepts devices up to 200 x 90 x 40 mm, which is the size we matched to the Zebra TC58. Choosing the right size means the mobile computer sits firmly instead of moving around inside, while the opening still leaves enough room to take it out quickly.
What makes it practical
The open DURA POUCH design is made for speed: the Zebra TC58 slides in and out with one hand, which matters in fast-paced work. The edges are reinforced with a polyamide lining, so there is no abrasion or tearing even after thousands of insertions. An elastic strap adds extra security, so the device stays in place while you move. A pen pocket is built in and the hip belt is included in the box.
Materials and warranty
The holster is made of original Cordura® (300 g/m²), the same military-grade fabric used in tactical vests and backpacks. It withstands more than 50,000 abrasion cycles and reaches the highest water repellency grade in the spray test, yet the holster itself weighs only 37 grams (75 g with the belt). Every Duratis holster is made in Europe and covered by a 5-year warranty that includes tearing.
Made for real work
Think of inventory counts and stock control on the retail floor, or proof-of-delivery scans on courier and last-mile routes. These are the jobs where a Zebra TC58 is picked up and put away constantly, and where a dropped mobile computer means downtime and repair costs. On the belt, in a DURA POUCH Size S holster, the Zebra TC58 stays protected and ready while both hands remain free.
For the Zebra TC58 we also offer the DURA PISTOL TRIGGER holster for units with a trigger handle and the DURA POCKET holster with Velcro closure and extra pocket. For bulk orders, logo customisation or a sample for your Zebra TC58 fleet, contact the Duratis team.
