Zebra TC27 Holster: DURA POUCH Size S by Duratis
The Zebra TC27 is the cellular version of Zebra’s compact TC22/TC27 mobile computer. When it is used all day by warehouse operators and couriers, it needs a safe place between tasks. The DURA POUCH Size S holster keeps the Zebra TC27 on the hip, protected and ready, so nobody has to put it down on a counter or slip it into a pocket.
Will the Zebra TC27 fit?
Duratis holsters come in several sizes, and for the Zebra TC27 we recommend DURA POUCH Size S. It takes devices up to 200 x 90 x 40 mm – snug enough that the Zebra TC27 does not slide around, roomy enough to pull it out without a struggle.
What makes it practical
With the DURA POUCH there is nothing to unfasten. The Zebra TC27 slides straight in and out, and a polyamide lining reinforces the edges against abrasion and tearing. An elastic strap adds extra security, so the device stays in place while you move. A pen pocket is built in and the hip belt is included in the box.
Durability you can measure
The holster is made of original Cordura® (300 g/m²), the same military-grade fabric used in tactical vests and backpacks. It withstands more than 50,000 abrasion cycles and reaches the highest water repellency grade in the spray test, yet the holster itself weighs only 37 grams (75 g with the belt). Every Duratis holster is made in Europe and covered by a 5-year warranty that includes tearing.
Made for real work
Think of goods receiving and dispatch at the loading dock, or proof-of-delivery scans on courier and last-mile routes. These are the jobs where a Zebra TC27 is picked up and put away constantly, and where a dropped mobile computer means downtime and repair costs. On the belt, in a DURA POUCH Size S holster, the Zebra TC27 stays protected and ready while both hands remain free.
For the Zebra TC27 we also offer the DURA PISTOL TRIGGER holster for units with a trigger handle and the DURA POCKET holster with Velcro closure and extra pocket. For bulk orders, logo customisation or a sample for your Zebra TC27 fleet, contact the Duratis team.
