Zebra TC501 Holster – DURA POUCH Size S
The Zebra TC501 is an Android mobile computer from Zebra. When it is used all day by warehouse operators and field technicians, it needs a safe place between tasks. The DURA POUCH Size S holster keeps the Zebra TC501 on the hip, protected and ready, so nobody has to put it down on a counter or slip it into a pocket.
Why DURA POUCH Size S for the Zebra TC501
We matched the Zebra TC501 to DURA POUCH Size S because its internal space – up to 200 x 90 x 40 mm – holds this mobile computer firmly without squeezing it. A holster that is too big lets the device bounce while you walk; one that is too small slows you down every time you reach for it.
Features that save time
The open DURA POUCH design is made for speed: the Zebra TC501 slides in and out with one hand, which matters in fast-paced work. The edges are reinforced with a polyamide lining, so there is no abrasion or tearing even after thousands of insertions. An elastic strap adds extra security, so the device stays in place while you move. A pen pocket is built in and the hip belt is included in the box.
Built to last
The holster is made of original Cordura® (300 g/m²), the same military-grade fabric used in tactical vests and backpacks. It withstands more than 50,000 abrasion cycles and reaches the highest water repellency grade in the spray test, yet the holster itself weighs only 37 grams (75 g with the belt). Every Duratis holster is made in Europe and covered by a 5-year warranty that includes tearing.
Typical uses of the Zebra TC501 holster
Typical applications of the DURA POUCH Size S holster with the Zebra TC501 include inventory counts and stock control on the retail floor and production and work-in-progress tracking in manufacturing. In each case the benefit is the same: the mobile computer is always within reach, both hands stay free, and the device is protected from drops, dust and everyday wear – which means fewer repairs and fewer replacement devices.
For the Zebra TC501 we also offer the DURA POCKET holster with Velcro closure and extra pocket. For bulk orders, logo customisation or a sample for your Zebra TC501 fleet, contact the Duratis team.
