Newsletter Confirmation Process (Double Opt-in)<\/h2>\n<p>For new newsletter subscribers, Duratis uses a Double Opt-in confirmation process.<\/p>\n<p>After submitting the newsletter registration form, the user receives an email containing a confirmation link.<\/p>\n<p>The email address is added to the newsletter mailing list only after the user confirms their subscription by clicking the confirmation link.<\/p>\n<p>If the subscription is not confirmed, the provided email address will not be used for newsletter communication.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Newsletter Service Provider \u2013 Brevo<\/h2>\n<p>Newsletter distribution is handled using the Brevo platform.<\/p>\n<p>The service provider is:<\/p>\n<p>SENDINBLUE<br>17 rue de Salneuve<br>75017 Paris<br>France<\/p>\n<p>Brevo is used for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>managing newsletter subscriptions,<\/li>\n<li>sending email communications,<\/li>\n<li>monitoring newsletter performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal data may be transferred to Brevo to the extent necessary to provide newsletter services.<\/p>\n<p>Each newsletter message contains an unsubscribe link allowing recipients to withdraw from further communication at any time.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Analytics and Marketing Tools<\/h2>\n<p>The website may use third-party tools to analyse website traffic, improve functionality and measure marketing activities. In particular, Google (provider of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and YouTube) and LinkedIn may transfer data to the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Such transfers are carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements, based on appropriate safeguards, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the provider\u2019s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable, and\/or<\/li>\n<li>Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where other service providers process data outside the EEA, equivalent safeguards are applied.<\/p>\n\n<h2>13.
