The Castles Technology S1F4 is an Android smart POS terminal from Castles Technology with a built-in receipt printer. When it is used all day by event staff and delivery drivers, it needs a safe place between tasks. The DURA POCKET Size L holster keeps the Castles Technology S1F4 on the hip, protected and ready, so nobody has to put it down on a counter or slip it into a pocket.

We matched the Castles Technology S1F4 to DURA POCKET Size L because its internal space – up to 210 x 85 x 60 mm – holds this payment terminal firmly without squeezing it. A holster that is too big lets the device bounce while you walk; one that is too small slows you down every time you reach for it.

The DURA POCKET design combines a Velcro closure – which you can hide if you want an open holster – with an extra pocket for a smartphone or notepad and a dedicated pen pocket. Everything a worker needs next to the Castles Technology S1F4 is carried in one place. The holster ships with a hip belt and is also compatible with an optional shoulder strap (OEM_ACC_6247) for a different way of carrying.

Cordura® fabric gives this holster up to ten times longer lifespan than standard materials. Lab-tested abrasion resistance exceeds 50,000 cycles, tear and tensile strength are tested to EN ISO standards, and the fabric repels water. At 75 grams the holster is barely noticeable on the belt during a long shift. Every Duratis holster is made in Europe and covered by a 5-year warranty that includes tearing.

Typical applications of the DURA POCKET Size L holster with the Castles Technology S1F4 include handling payments in parking, transport and ticketing services and accepting card payments at the table in restaurants and cafés. In each case the benefit is the same: the payment terminal is always within reach, both hands stay free, and the device is protected from drops, dust and everyday wear – which means fewer repairs and fewer replacement devices.
